I've been using this bike for a couple of months. It is whisper quiet with good options for seat adjustment, has a small footprint and is easy to move. It is a cheap(er) bike but seems very solidly made. I have given it a fair pounding with many interval training and longer cardio sessions and it hasn't missed a beat. It's a manual bike but the magnetic tension works evenly and smoothly and other than the adjustment knob being in a slightly awkward spot it's easy to adjust. The HR monitor seems quite accurate and the console has a lip for resting a phone or ipad in. It may not have all the bells and whistles of more expensive models but 30 mins 4 or 5 times a week will get you just as fit as anything pricier. Crank up the resistance and this thing will have you begging for mercy!
