Q1.Are online payments safe on your website?

All online payments are 100% safe. Lifespan uses eWAY which is a leading Internet payment gateway provider operating in Australia as well as globally. eWAY is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.

eWAY is required to remain PCI DSS compliant at all times, undertaking yearly audits from an external Qualified Security Assessor and quarterly network scans performed throughout the year to ensure compliance is maintained.

Q2.How long has Lifespan been trading?

We have been trading since 1994 importing the highest quality products for the Australian market. We are on of Australia's most successful brands in the marketplace and experience continuous grow. It now has 4 outlets in Victoria and 1 in New South Wales.

Q3.Do you have a showroom? Am I able to view your products?

We currently have set up 4 factory outlets in Victoria and 1 in New South Wales. Lifespan is constantly growing and we are also looking to develop factory outlets in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth and Adelaide.

Q4. What is the difference between continuous and peak horsepower?

Continuous horsepower (CHP) is what the motor constantly runs within normal operation, without power surges or stops.

Peak horsepower (PHP) is really only reached when the machine is initially turned on and when it is starting to strain (i.e. changing incline levels or when needing to be serviced). Treadmill motors are built to be able to withstand its peak horsepower for short bursts of time.
