Question 1: How long does it take to recieve my purchase?

As soon as funds are transfered and appear in my account, we will dispatch your item and notify you will an email with all relevant information (ie consignment number and couriers contact numbers). Usually, it takes about 1-7 days depends where you are located. We do not sell items unless they are in stock so be careful who you buy off on ebay as some ebay retailers trade in this manner. PLEASE NOTE: FUNDS TAKE 1-2 DAYS TO APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER BEING TRANSFERRED.

Question 2: Why do I need someone to assist the courier driver with unloading?

Due to occupational health and safety, someone must assist the courier driver with unloading the treadmill as it is too heavy for one person to carry on there own. if you require extra assistance from the courier cmpany (ie, extra labourer to unload parcel), then there will be an additional charge due to the extra labour cost.

Question 3: How long does it take to assemble?

The Treadmill takes about 20-25 minutes to assemble (approx). It is already partially assembled in a box. It will arrive in through a door to door courier company. Someone will need to assist the courier driver with unloading as it is heavy and requires 2 people. Please also make sure there is a day time telephone number available so that the courier company can get in touch with you.

Question 4: What is the difference between peak and continuous HP?

Continuous HP is what the motor is constantly running at whereas peak HP is the maximum HP the motor can output at any given time (usually when the machine starts up). What you really should be looking at is the continious HP because that is what the motor is constantly running at. The motor will peak as it starts then run at its continous HP rate. To be able to judge how good a particluar motor is, you can check the treadmills specifications, ie maximum running speed and maximum weight load.

Question 5: What happens if the machine is faulty once recieved?

We have a skilled technician working for us who can guide you through with resolving the issue. He will call you within 24hrs of receiving your email of complaint and either try and fix the machine by a step by step process over the phone or parts may be issued. If the machine still not working correctly, we will return it (at our cost) and either fix it or issue a new one.

Question 6: What happens if the machine is damaged once recieved?

If you suspect that the item is damaged, please do not sign any papers and contact us immediately. What you must do is sign that "goods need to be inspected" on the consignment. We will also require that you to email us some photos of the damaged parts within 3 days of delivery so we can replace the parts necessary.

Question 7: What is you Returns Policy? Am i Entitled to a refund?

Yes. If the item is damaged or faulty upon recieving it, you are entitled to a refund. The conditions of the refund are as follows. Claims must be made within the first 7 days upon recieving your item to entitled you to a refund. FREIGHT is non refundable. Claims made after this period of time, items will be repaired. If item cannot be repaired, then a replacement will be provided. FREIGHT is non refundable.

Question 8: I have paid for my item and have not had any response from lifespan_australia. Whats going on?

This situation occurs when we cannot locate your payment. There could be a number of reasons as to why we haven't be able to locate your payment (ie incorrect banking details, no reference left whilst making payment) so it is very important that you regularly check your emails for correspondance from us. If you have not heard from us within 2-3 days after making payment, please email us asap with you concern asap. Please also provide your day time contact number.
