Installation or Delivery

Fitness equipment delivery and installation is done by trained professionals from or contracted by Lifespan.

Standard delivery and installation terms are on ground floor with level access only, upstairs or downstairs & difficult areas to access will require 2 people and special arrangements must be made, additional fees will apply at contracted discretion.

Fitness equipment installation by contractor does not alter or add to Lifespan's standard warranty or delivery terms and conditions.

All care taken by our technicians is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged goods or damage caused to home when installation takes place.

Small items like exercise bikes may be left behind gates or next to front door if nobody is home to accept delivery but Lifespan is not responsible for items stolen or damaged.

Some items may be pre-assembled prior to delivery (only applies to items for installation).

Service

Fitness equipment annual servicing & cleaning will prolong the life of your equipment, NOTE: does not alter or add to Lifespans standard warranty terms and conditions.

All fitness equipment must be serviced to maintain warranty.

Technician must have easy access to item to be serviced; fees may apply if technician cannot gain easy access & move around item.

Some items may not be able to be repaired on site and may have to be returned to work shop for major repairs, additional fees will apply.

All work to be deemed to be warranty will be done in accordance with Lifespan warranty policy.

All work to be deemed non warranty will be charged on the spot callout fee plus labour & parts. 

All care taken by contractor no responsibility for lost, stolen, damage goods or damage caused to home when installation takes place.


Installation fees (if you require this service)

1)       Treadmill models with 45cm running belt (swift, commander) and below: $50

2)       Treadmill models with 50cm running belt and above: $80

3)       Exer 18, exer 20, exer 30, RC50, 100, SP BIKES: $35

4)       All exercise models with power supply: $50

5)       8ft to 10ft trampolines: $120

6)       12ft, 14ft and 16ft: $160

Please Note:

1) Individual items rates are posted on our delivery section. Installations after delivery has been made will  incur $65 callout fee.

2) Service & Repair work callout fee is from $65.00 (includes 30min labour) there after & $22.00 every   15min.

3) Installation & Service Hours will be by appointments.

  Hours between 9:00am to 4:00pm 

At this time, all installations only apply to Melbourne & Sydney Metro (To ground floor only).
