•   If the item is damaged or faulty upon receiving it, you are entitled to a refund. The conditions of the refund are as follows. Claims must be made within the first 7 days upon receiving your item to entitle you to a refund. FREIGHT is non refundable under any circumstances. Lifespan’s refund policy requires you to return the item back to base. If this is not achievable, then Lifespan will organize the collection of the freight and forward the costs to the customer. Claims made after this period of time, items will be repaired. If item cannot be repaired, then a replacement may be provided.

1. Bidders have to read and agree all of the warranty policy, postage & administration fee, shipping information, payment detail, feedback instructions before bidding. You are responsible for reading the full item listing.

4. The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 3 days from the end of the auction.
                                                                                  
5. Successful buyers will be contacted via email within 1 business day following the auction completion.

6. Winning bidder must make payments within 5 business days after winning the auction. Item will not be delivered until payment is received in full.

7. Please state a physical address for delivery. No PO Box or GPO Box addresses. We also do not deliver to Islands.

8. Delivery is only to the ground floor at the front of the door. Shipping is door to door delivery, except in remote locations, and please check our delivery charge table.

9. All sales are final. No refunds. We offer refund within the first 7 days upon receiving your item, if the item is damaged or faulty upon receiving it. Buyer must provide original invoice and arrange for the delivery of the item(s). Please refer to the Return Policy.

10. Non paying bidders will be invoiced a $150 cancellation fee. We will take legal actions to recover fees owing if contract is not fulfilled.

11. Winning bidder must pay for delivery cost unless item is being picked up from the Lifespan_australia warehouse.

12. All winning auction amount includes GST.

13. All bidders must agree with the Lifespan_Australia warranty policy before bidding. Please refer to the Warranty Policy.

14. Lifespan_Australia does not accept liability for consequential loss, nor for injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond
our control, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product.

15. Lifespan_Australia does not accept liability for loss, injury or damage caused by the use or the product in a manner not designed, recommended nor intended by the manufacturer.

16. Whilst care is taken, Lifespan_Australia will not be directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods. If problem arises, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
17.Please contact us to fix the problem before leaving any negative feedback (Negative feedback can't solve the problem).


18. There is a $15 Administration fee for pick up. This is in relation to the time allocated to service you picking up and load your item.

19. ZONE 5 TO 8 QLD RATES ARE PROVIDED ON THE TERMS THAT DELIVERIES WILL BE ONLY TO AREAS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE DELIVERIES TO ISLAND AND THE USE OF BARGES TO EFFECT DELIVERY. IF DELIVERIES ARE TO A ISLAND AND OR REQUIRE A BARGE THEN THE COST OF DELIVERY WILL BE SEPPERATLY PRICED ON THE DIFFICUTLY OF DELIVERY. IF YOU CONTINUE WITH THE PURCHASE AND WE FOUND YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE ISLAND. THE POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABALE

20 Fitness equipment delivery and installation is done by trained professionals from or contracted by Lifespan. Fitness equipment installation by contractor does not alter or add to Lifespan’s standard warranty or delivery terms and conditions.

21. Standard delivery and installation terms are on ground floor with level access only, upstairs or downstairs & difficult areas to access will require 2 people and special arrangements must be made, additional fees will apply at contracted discretion.

22. Due to occupational health and safety, someone must assist the courier driver with unloading the treadmill as it is too heavy for one person to move on there own. Small items like exercise bikes may be left behind gates or next to front door if nobody is home to accept delivery but Lifespan is not responsible for items stolen or damaged. Some items may be pre assembled prior to delivery (only applies to items for installation).

24. Fitness equipment annual servicing & cleaning will prolong the life of your equipment, NOTE: does not alter or add to Lifespans standard warranty terms and conditions.
25. In terms of service, fees apply in the following cases:

1. Technician must have easy access to item to be serviced; fees may apply if technician cannot gain easy access & move around item.
2. Some items may not be able to be repaired on site and may have to be returned to work shop for major repairs, additional fees will apply.
3. If parts are not available at time of service due to no stock a call back fee may apply.

26. All care taken by our technicians no responsibility for lost, stolen, damage goods or damage coursed to home when installation takes place.


All work to be deemed to be warranty will be done in accordance with Lifespan’s warranty policy.
All work to be deemed non warranty will be charged on the spot callout fee plus labour & parts.
