The SM-110 comes with a hybrid magnetic and felt pad resistance system, creating extra levels of intensity to your cardio workout. When you adjust resistance, the magnets move closer to the flywheel. The felt pad attached to the magnets create more friction and higher levels of resistance, creating smoother changes and unlimited resistance.
