Shop Our Range of Plyometric Jump Boxes
If you're looking to build agility, athletic power, coordination and precision, Plyometric jump boxes are here to support a range of high-intensity workouts that do just that. Exercises like jump squats and box jumps teach your body how to generate force and generate it quickly. These skills are essential for a wide variety of activities. Sports like basketball, netball, soccer and football all rely heavily on the ability of the muscles to work quickly. It can also be useful for many non-sport activities, such as climbing, dancing or general coordination in your day-to-day life.
About Our Plyometric Boxes
We've built a wide collection of plyometric boxes in different sizes, materials and types to help you find the best solution for your workout. Steel boxes provide a strong, supportive base that can handle heavy weight and explosive movements. High-density foam boxes are more forgiving than steel, reducing the impact of falls or stumbles, while still providing the density to hold its shape. Foam boxes are also easy to move around and can be rotated to achieve different heights. Browse the full plyometric box range today and start building power and coordination.
Plyometrics & Resistance Bands FAQ
Plyometric boxes are supportive boxes that can be used for a range of plyometric exercises like jump squats, box jumps, box push ups and much more. See our guide on Plyometric Training to find out more.
For beginners, a box height of around 15cm - 30cm is recommended, allowing for foundational exercises like step-ups and basic jumps. Intermediate users may find a box height between 45cm to 50cm suitable, enabling more challenging exercises such as box jumps and depth jumps to enhance explosive power. Advanced athletes or those seeking maximum intensity can go for taller boxes of up to 60cm for advanced plyometric movements that require higher jumps and greater strength.
Our high-density foam boxes allow you to create different heights by simply turning over to a different side. This makes them efficient and economical for progressive home training.
This will depend on the model, but most of our plyometric boxes can support up to 200kg of weight. Check the product page of each box to find specs.
Soft foam plyo boxes are great for beginners as they're much more forgiving for falls and stumbles. They still hold their shape and support a good amount of weight while being soft.
