1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Global Fitness & Leisure Pty Ltd ("Promoter"), including the following brand: Lifespan Fitness.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs monthly. Each entry period begins at 12:00am (AEST/AEDT) on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59pm (AEST/AEDT) on the last day of that month.
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Participants must have purchased a product from Lifespan Fitness via an official branded website or authorised reseller.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must:
- Post a review on the product page of the item they purchased via an official brand website.
Entry Conditions
- Only one (1) review per product purchased is permitted.
- Each review must relate to a genuine purchase and reflect a unique, honest experience.
- Duplicate, misleading, or repetitive reviews may be disqualified.
- Entry is conditional on submitting a review of a purchased product. No additional purchase is required to enter.
5. Bonus Entry
Participants may receive additional entries by completing the following actions:
- Tag or follow the relevant brand social media account. Worth +1 (one) additional entry.
- Upload a photo with their review. Worth +1 (one) additional entry.
- Write a review with more than 50 characters. Worth +2 (two) additional entries.
- Include a video in their review. Worth +3 (three) additional entries.
Verification
- Bonus entries will only be counted where actions can be reasonably verified by the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to reject unverifiable or fraudulent bonus entries.
6. Entry Requirements
- Reviews must be genuine, accurate, and based on real customer experience.
- Entries must not contain misleading, deceptive, offensive, or unlawful content.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms.
7. Nature of Promotion
- This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
8. Prize
- One (1) winner will be selected each month; the winner will receive a one hundred dollar ($100 AUD) digital gift card (previous winners are not eligible to be drawn again).
- One (1) winner will be selected each quarter (instead of the monthly winner) (previous winners are not eligible to be drawn again); the winner will receive a five hundred dollar ($500 AUD) digital gift card.
- The winner will be posted on the Review & Win page.
- Digital gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Prize Conditions
- The gift card is limited to the brand of the original purchase (being Lifespan Fitness) and cannot be used across other brands.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Standard gift card terms and expiry conditions apply.
9. Draw & Winner Notification
- The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of each monthly period at the Promoter's premises.
- The winner will be notified via the contact details associated with their review.
- The winner's name (first name and initial or social handle) may be published on the Promoter's website or social media channels within 30 days of the draw.
10. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
11. Incentivised Reviews Disclosure
This promotion involves incentivised reviews.
- Entrants must provide honest, unbiased feedback based on their real experience with the product.
- The incentive is offered regardless of whether the review is positive or negative.
12. Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Use of Content
By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and publish their review content (including text, images, and videos) for marketing and promotional purposes.
14. Privacy
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and used for administering the promotion.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.
16. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
17. Permits
Where required, this promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable state and territory laws, and relevant permits will be obtained.
18. General
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary, subject to applicable laws.
