About Our Aerobic Exercise Steps
Aerobic steps from Lifespan Fitness are built to handle intense workouts and high weight loads with a stable construction that's also anti-slip. Our range includes multi-level steps that allow you to raise or lower the step depending on your needs. It also includes the Reebok Deck, which is not a high-quality aerobic step, but also doubles as an adjustable exercise bench for an expanded workout.
Aerobic Steps FAQ
An aerobic step is a raised platform that can be used for an expanded cardio workout that builds tone and muscle in the legs and core.
Some aerobic steps will allow you to adjust the height depending on your needs.
This will depend on the model, but most aerobic step platforms will have a weight limit of around 200kg.
Our aerobic steps are purpose-built for high-intensity cardio, designed with a non-slip surface to support your workout.
