About Our ST Series Stair Climbers

ST series stair climbers feature a high-quality steel frame with large, padded handles on either side. They can reach up to 125 - 164 steps per minute (depending on the model) with a range of intensity levels to choose from. They feature preset workout programs, a large LED dot matrix display, comprehensive workout data and built-in infrared sensors for an automatic emergency stop. They come in either 3-step or 4-step models and designed to accommodate users of a variety of heights and sizes.

The ST Series is a premium line of stair climbers designed to offer an exceptional cardio workout experience. Suitable for home or commercial use, the ST Series combines innovative technology with high-quality construction to help you achieve your fitness goals efficiently and comfortably.

For home gyms, we recommend the ST-10 3-level stair climber for a challenging but manageable fitness machine. Commercial gyms would benefit more from the ST-15's larger frame with larger intensity range and commercial-grade tubular steel frame.

This will vary depending on the model, usually between 15-25 levels. The intensity level increases the number of steps per minute.

The max user weight will usually be around 170kg - 200kg, but this will depend on the model. Always check the product specifications to make sure the machine suits your needs.

All machines feature a range of preset workout programs that take you through automatic intensity changes. Console stats include time, calories burned, distance and steps per minute.
