The classic Stair Climber cardio machine works to improve your cardiovascular endurance, functional strength and improves weight loss. They're perfect for high intensity interval training (HIIT) as they can be dialled up in intensity very quickly. It provides an efficient, intense cardio exercise that goes above and beyond regular workout gear. Having a home stepper machine means you always have access to great cardiovascular training, as well as developing muscles in different parts of the body with variations in technique.

About Our Stair Climber & Stepmill Machines

Our stair climbers are built with high quality tubular steel to endure tough workouts. The step range on our machines is usually around 24 to 164 steps a minute, meaning just about anyone can hop on for an exercise at their level. There are also large, padded handrails on either side for your convenience. At the bottom of the machine, you'll find a handy step on each side to get up onto the main steps. Once the Stair Climber is running, you can continue to use the handrails to support yourself or run/walk with free hands for an extra challenge.

Stepmills & Stair Climbers FAQ

Stepmills and stair climbers are both cardio machines that mimic the motion of walking/running up stairs.

Stair climbers and stepmills build functional strength, cardiovascular endurance and improves weight loss. They're great at building important muscle groups across the entire body that you'll actually use in your day-to-day life.

Our stair climbers will feature a built-in infrared sensor at the bottom of the machine that activates an emergency stop if the user is unable to keep up the stair climber's speed. There are also guided handrails on each side for extra security.

Most models will feature preset workout programs that take you through automatic speed changes and times. They'll also feature workout metrics such as time, distances, step count and calories burned.
