At Lifespan Fitness, we're obsessed with creating the best customer experience we can. We're all about helping you on your fitness journey, whatever stage you might be on.
Every day, we hear great questions from customers in-store, online and over the phone. While our team is always here to provide answers, we've collected a few of the most common concerns we hear from customers.
Are you the same Lifespan Fitness as the one based in the US?
We sometimes get confused with a similarly named US fitness equipment company (LifeSpan). Rest assured that Lifespan Fitness is an Australian-owned and operated company with our head office and main warehouse here in Melbourne. We have no affiliation with the US brand.
All our equipment, warranties and customer service are local to Australia, and our product range is built for Australian homes and gyms.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Buy Now/Pay Later plans such as Zip. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
Only one payment method can be used per transaction. Split payments are not supported.
We deliver to everywhere in Australia, however certain services (express delivery, installation), will be limited to metro areas. Click here to find delivery times and details for your location.
In select areas, we offer installation services, where we'll assemble your equipment for you. This is performed through licensed third-party assemblers after the date of delivery.
You can choose to pick up your order if our nearest store has available stock. Check stock availability by entering your postcode in the "DELIVERY COST / CLICK & COLLECT" box. If there is no stock available at your nearest store, you can choose to transfer to a collection point (fees apply).
Will someone help me load my item into the car?
If you're picking up your order from one of our showrooms or warehouses, our team will be happy to assist you with loading the item into your vehicle.
We recommend bringing a vehicle with enough space and support (especially for larger equipment like treadmills or home gyms). We cannot allow you to take home an item in an unsuitable vehicle.
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects that appear straight out of the box. Lifespan Fitness may provide replacement parts, repairs or full replacements depending on the situation and pending approval. For repairs, there is a call out fee for technicians to visit you at your home, otherwise we offer free onsite repair (within the warranty period) if you bring the item back to our store.
Can I still return my item after the 7-day period?
Our standard returns policy allows for change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery. If it's past that period, you're not automatically eligible for a return. However, we encourage you to contact our customer service team to discuss your situation.
