To keep your machine functioning in its best condition and to ensure its longest possible life, they'll require regular maintenance and upkeep.
The first step is to keep your cross trainer clean and sanitised, ensuring you wipe down the machine regularly and clearing dust or other dirt. You can also get yourself a protective cover to put on the machine when not in use.
Ensure that all nuts and bolts are checked and tightened on a regular basis, including rollers and other moving parts. It's also important to apply a lubricant or grease to moving parts, such as the stride rails. You may also remove certain coverings to vacuum underneath.
These steps may differ depending on what type of cross trainer you have, so check your product manual for specifics. You may also want to purchase an equipment mat to protect your floors.
Picking up your order
Before picking up your treadmill, check the carton measurements against the space in your vehicle, dimensions are available on the website. Treadmills will not fit in most sedans or hatchbacks, and will require an SUV, Van, Wagon or a Large Tray Ute. We do not recommend removing the packaging to save space, as damage can occur to your vehicle or the treadmill itself. For safety reasons, we cannot force products that cannot physically fit in your vehicle.

Lifespan Fitness Cross Trainers in Brisbane
As the capital city of Queensland, Brisbane is recognised for its architecture, spring Jacaranda blossoms, and its outdoor dining culture. Brisbane has been the host of many iconic events such as the 1982 Commonwealth Games and World Expo 88.
Brisbane has a notoriously humid subtropical climate with hot, wet summers and moderately dry, warm winters. There are year-round periods of humid weather with only 3 months of mild cooler days from June to August. As Australia's second hottest capital, Brisbane has average maximum temperatures of above 26 °C from October through to April. From November to March, thunderstorms are also common, with more severe events accompanied by damaging hailstorms, torrential rain and destructive wind.
During Brisbane's unforgiving summer, regularly exercising outdoors can become difficult, if not dangerous to your health, putting yourself at risk of exhaustion and dehydration. A cross trainer offers the flexibility to work out any time of day, and any time of year. With high temperatures persisting all year-round in Brisbane, a home cross trainer is a great way to escape the heat and stay cool during your run.
Lifespan Fitness offers a huge range of cross trainers in Brisbane, including front drive and rear drive machines. Lifespan Fitness covers all suburbs of Brisbane including Brendale, Redcliffe, Newstead, Carindale, Ipswich and Browns Plains.
