                Lifespan Fitness delivers premium fitness equipment to your doorstep Australia wide. Orders placed in Geelong aim to be delivered in 3-6 business days.

                Delivery & Installation

                Lifespan Fitness offers 3 delivery services: Door to Door (standard or express), Room of Choice and Room of Choice + Install.

                Our Door-to-Door service offers reliable street level/ground floor delivery. Our couriers will not deliver large items upstairs, enter homes or provide installation/removal services. For items that weight more than 40kg, they will require assistance in unloading.

                Our Room of Choice service offers delivery into a room of choice within your home, including upstairs. No assistance is required for the service but note that it does not include assembly. We offer a separate assembly service, where a specialist provider will put together your machine after the date of the delivery.

                Lifespan Fitness also offer an all-in-one Delivery & Installation (D&I or Room of Choice & Install) service. This involves delivery and installation in your room of choice, with no assistance required.

                Maintenance

                To keep your machine functioning in its best condition and to ensure its longest possible life, they'll require regular maintenance and upkeep.

                The first step is to keep your cross trainer clean and sanitised, ensuring you wipe down the machine regularly and clearing dust or other dirt. You can also get yourself a protective cover to put on the machine when not in use.

                Ensure that all nuts and bolts are checked and tightened on a regular basis, including rollers and other moving parts. It's also important to apply a lubricant or grease to moving parts, such as the stride rails. You may also remove certain coverings to vacuum underneath.

                These steps may differ depending on what type of cross trainer you have, so check your product manual for specifics. You may also want to purchase an equipment mat to protect your floors.

                Picking up your order

                Make sure to check the carton dimensions on the product page of your machine and measure the against the space of your vehicle. Elliptical cross trainers will not fit in most sedans or hatchbacks, and for safety reasons we cannot force a product that doesn't physically fit in your vehicle. We recommend bringing an SUV, Van, Wagon or Large Tray Ute for the pick-up, and we will assist in loading the package into your vehicle. We also don't recommend removing the package to save space, as damage can occur to your vehicle or the machine itself.
