Update 30/03/2020:

Phone line and Live chat currently remain closed as we are still working through the back-log of orders. Our team are currently working overtime to ensure that we are processing all orders. We thank you for your patience & if you are waiting for our team to get back to you - please allow up to 3 business days for a reply.
Due to production delays & keeping up with demand, our back-orders will be longer than our usual back-order timeframe. You can view how long the back-order will be, on our product pages, shopping cart or check-out page. See diagram below.


Update 25/03/2020:

Due to an unprecedented demand in our products, we will be temporarily closing our phone lines and live chat to focus on processing existing orders. Our priority now is to ensure that all orders are shipped and will be requiring all efforts from our team in order to do so.

Showroom & Pick up

We have decided to close our Showroom and retail stores to further protect the health of our customers and staff. Any existing pick-ups will require approval with our customer service team member.

The online store will be open ensuring home deliveries are available to our customers. Your patience is greatly appreciated as there may be delays to home deliveries due to the current circumstances.

Stock Situation

Due to delays with production and restrictions to stock movement, we'll be experiencing stock shortages for certain items. Stock availability will be shown on the product page, as well as the shopping cart and checkout pages.
