Latest Update 07/07/2020:
To protect the health and safety of our team, we will be temporarily disabling click & collect from our Broadmeadows, VIC & Wetherill Park, NSW locations. All click & Collect orders made before July 6th, 5PM AET will still be available for on-site collection, provided that a booking has been confirmed.
Our Wetherill Park, NSW showroom will be open for viewing and orders can be made in store. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Due to Stage 3 Restrictions being implemented in Broadmeadows, our Broadmeadows Showroom will be closed to the public until further notice. If you have already arranged pick ups with us, this will still be available and processed contact free. For future pickups, please book with us in advance. Please note other stores and dealers remain open.
Showroom is now open during trading hours between 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) and 9:30am - 3:30pm (Saturdays). Please bear in mind that social distancing of 1.5m is applicable in the showroom.
As we have now caught up with our orders, phone lines have re-opened and pick up will be allowed at our Click & Collect locations (booking required). Showroom remains closed.
Live chat is now open between 9am to 5pm AEST on Weekdays, and 9am to 3pm on Weekends. All after hours enquiries will still be answered through our system. Phone line remains closed for the time being. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Due to an unprecedented demand in our products, we will be temporarily closing our phone lines and live chat to focus on processing existing orders. Our priority now is to ensure that all orders are shipped and will be requiring all efforts from our team in order to do so.

Showroom & Pick up
We have decided to close our Showroom and retail stores to further protect the health of our customers and staff. Any existing pick-ups will require approval with our customer service team member.
The online store will be open ensuring home deliveries are available to our customers. Your patience is greatly appreciated as there may be delays to home deliveries due to the current circumstances.
Due to delays with production and restrictions to stock movement, we'll be experiencing stock shortages for certain items. Stock availability will be shown on the product page, as well as the shopping cart and checkout pages.
Our online delivery service is currently experiencing high demand. With the combination of stricter social distancing rules and sensible health and safety measures in place in handling and dispatching orders, this is resulting in longer than expected delivery times.
Standard Delivery: Please allow up to 4 more business days in your delivery for Standard Delivery services.
Express Delivery: No longer guaranteed next business day - however, much quicker than standard delivery.
Specialised Delivery: May experience the same or a longer delivery timeframe (compared to Standard) due to the level of care, manpower, attention required and social distancing requirements that will affect this type of service.
