Supplemental Terms and Conditions – Kinomap 30-day Trial

These Supplemental Terms and Conditions for the Kinomap 30-day Trial (“Free Trial Terms and Conditions”) are an addendum to the Lifespan Fitness Terms and Conditions.

Lifespan Fitness Terms and Conditions

1. Conditions
1.1. The Free Trial applies only to the use of the Services provided by Kinomap. Use of the Services under the Free Trial is subject to the Kinomap Terms of Use.
1.2. The Free Trial Promotion Period starts on the 12th of April 2023 and ends on the 12th of July 2023. The Promotion Period may be changed, terminated or extended without prior notice.
1.3. Free Trial eligibility is subject to our Eligibility outline in Clause 3.
1.4. The Free Trial starts when Customer enters the provided Trial Code into the Kinomap Registration section and ends after 30 days from the Free Trial Start Date.

2. Renewal
2.1. If the Free Trial requires no Credit Card input, Customer will not be charged on renewal and the service will not automatically renew once the free trial ends.
2.2. If the Free Trial requires a Credit Card input, Customer will be charged on renewal and the service will automatically renew once the free trial ends.

3. Eligibility
3.1. Customers that are eligible must satisfy all conditions:
3.1.1. Customer cannot be an existing Kinomap member or have previously held a Kinomap membership; and
3.1.2. Customer has purchased a Lifespan Fitness product with a Kinomap 30-Day Free Trial sticker attached to the carton or product model is one of the following (SKU): TMAPEX, LFTM-BOLTM1, TMBOOSTR, TMMARATHON, LFTM-PURSUITMAX, LFTM-VIPER-M4, TMPURSUIT2, LFTM-PURSUIT3, LFEX-EXC100, LFRB,RBX100, LFEX-VCYCLE, LFEX-SM410, LFEX-SM700, LFEX-SM800, LFEX-SP460-M2, LFEX-SP870-M3, X41, LFCT-XT39, LFRW-ROWER801F; and
3.1.3. The purchase was made within the Promotion Period outlined in Clause 1.2.
