These edging ramps make a great addition to your Dual Density 50mm gym floor mat set. The smoothed off ramps provide added safety and help minimise the chance of tripping.
Tough High-Density Rubber
Traditionally reserved to withstand the harshest environments, our 50mm Dual-Density Rubber Gym Floor Mats have been engineered with the top of the industry 900-950Kg/m3 recycled high-density rubber. These mats have a Medium hardness rating (60+5 Shore A) which brings balance between durability and impact deadening.
Each tile is designed to have a 50mm thickness, built with a crumbed underside backing and topped with a durable wear layer.
Environmentally Friendly & Passes Fire Tests
Made from 100% Recycled Rubber
Our mats have been tested against the SGS fire rate certificate: ISO 9239.1: 2010 Reaction to fire tests for flooring determining the burning behaviours using a radiant heat source. This is a safety test to evaluate the combustion and smoke emissions when the tile is exposed to a radiant heat source.
A must have for any business or premises in a lease or commercial environment.

Our 50mm Mat Block edging comes in 50cm length, has a ramp of size of 8mm to 50mm.
All 50mm Mats are Manufactured with two layers; a heavy duty wear layer made from 100% Recycled Rubber, with a thick high density rubber backing.
*Mat sizes are approximate. During the manufacturing process the curing stage can cause the mat to shrink 1% - 3%. This is an industry standard, please take into consideration before ordering.
