The 10kg Weighted vest is as simple to use as putting on a
backpack. Insert your arms through the shoulder straps, then
fasten the buckle straps across your chest and midsection to
best fit your form.
Mesh Back Pocket
The mesh pouch on the back of the vest acts as a pocket for
