Weight Lifting Platforms FAQ
A weightlifting platform is the flooring required for a variety of weight workouts, usually barbell lifts. They provide protection for your equipment and your floors, as well as supporting your body and joints throughout the workout.
This will vary depending on the model, usually using a combination of high-density rubber mats and high-density fibreboard.
We have a range of sizes available to suit different needs, but most platforms will be about 3m in length and 1-3m in width.
