Stair climbers provide an intense cardiovascular workout that improves heart health and endurance. The continuous stair climbing motion also helps burn calories efficiently, making them a great tool for weight loss. The advantage they have over other cardio machines like treadmills is that they are incredibly effective at strengthening and toning the lower body muscles, including the glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calves, while engaging the core for better balance and stability. The low-impact nature of stair climbers reduces stress on joints compared to high-impact exercises, making them suitable for a wide range of fitness levels and needs.
About Our Stepmill Machines

The step range on our machines is usually around 24 to 164 steps a minute to suit different style of workout. At the bottom of the machine, you'll find a handy step on each side to get up onto the main steps. Each stepmill also has a range of safety features, including strong handrails and an automatic emergency stop feature.
